Building the Charlton by Porter Davis

our knockdown rebuild journey in south east melbourne

base

SLAB DOWN - 11 AUGUST 2015

In under 2 weeks Porter Davis have completed the Slab/Base and commenced on our Frame.

Demolition completed.

Site Scrape, Plumping and Electricity Meter installed all in one week (Aug 3 - Aug 7)

Aug 10 - Steel Piles and Waffles etc set up. Aug 11 - Slab Pour Completed.

Frame commences today Aug 13. Porter Davis are moving a lot quicker than what I anticipated.
