We fell in love with the Charlton as soon as we walked into the Wollert Display. The floor plan felt right, was a good size for our family and most importantly the price point was within our budget.

- Extend width of the garage and added a rear single garage door
- 450mm wide eaves
- Internal garage access door
- Square set reveal awning window to downstairs powder room
- Evaporative Cooling
- Added the grand alfresco with hot/cold water outlets for future outdoor sink
- Grand Family, Laundry, Galley, Extended Kitchen with Wide Island Bench
- Cinema Lounge with double doors
- Added a shower to ground floor powder, this meant sacrificing space in the Galley (this was custom config - our sales guy did a great job in getting this added for us.)
- Replace standard flush doors of the pantry and galley with cavity sliding doors
- Additional window in the Kitchen
- Double French doors leading out to the alfresco
- Replaced the standard dining room window with french doors.
- Raise the ceiling height to the ground floor to maximum of 2750mm
- Raised internal door heights to max allowable height of 2340mm
- Master Ensuite Option 2 and enclosed WC
- Replace downstairs windows in grand family and kitchen to a 'Hawthorn' Style window.
- Hebel with full render

| Note: The window mouldings around the two left windows upstairs are not included in the Sinclair facade price. We had to pay extra. Doesn't seem right when their picture on the website includes it. Hmmm |
