Hi Karen, That's exciting. I think getting to lock up is quick but can't see our houses getting completed till Feb/March next year.
Our floor area excluding the garage and alfresco, porch and balcony is 31.76sq but if you include all the outdoor areas it is about 40.76sq. What options did you include in your charlton?

Thanks for your reply chi!We upgraded ours to grand family laundry galley extended kitchen and alfresco.Yes they are pretty quick and hoping too that the house will be finished by feb or march.We did sime upgrades too for the interiors i thibj thats because we got so excited during our WOS appointment and liked everything at the display house in wollert :-)

I've been following your blog,and checking your house progress.I get so excited coz i found someone building the same house.Have you been to the display house in wollert for the charlton 33?Is your floor plan gonna be the same size as whats on the display?I think we've got the same floor plan except that we didnt upgrade to a grand alfresco.

Yes I have been to the Wollert display and I think it was love at first sight..not too big and had a great floor plan wth a good price point...haha. We have a very similar floor plan to what's on display except we didn't do the separate wc and kept it standard.

What facade have you chosen? Are you going with brick or hebel?

So do i!We are building in the south east as well!Mickleham area!I dont have a blog yet but if you like you can follow me on my instagram account i post all the house progress in there. :-) We just choose the included facade which is the challock we are gonna go with bricks coz its only the garage and side area and render for the whole front i think.Ive got a toddler so we needed to include our floorings coz i dont think we will still have time to get it fixed after handover.Hope the weather will cooperate with us so there wont be any delays.
